Tools

Within the Tools Tab are different printing functions. 

Print Recent Tests

A list of a customer's recent test can be printed by selecting the customer first from the Customer Details screen. Click on the Tools tab and choose Recent Tests. (the customer must have previously had water tests performed). A list of tests by date, test performed, test results and dosages of recommended chemicals.

Lists/labels

This function will print mailing labels for of all customers and test histories for individual customers.  Lists for pools or spas customers are selected on this windows.

Customer List

Lists and mailing labels maybe sorted for all pool or spa customers by:

• alphabetical order
• customers who had tests performed within the last 12 months
• customers who have not had any tests performed within the last 12 months
• customers who are on the 3 month algae protection program
• customers who are due to reapply their 3 month algaecide
• customers who are on salt chlorinators
• customers who are on a service schedule

Mailing Labels

Mailing labels can be printed on label stock 3 across by 11 down. 

Test History 

This function will print a customer's test history by date, for test results.
