Test History
Unlimited test history, along with chemicals purchased , are maintained for each customer. By selecting a particular customer, then clicking on the "Test History" tab, a list of all the previous tests, by date, will be displayed.
To review the complete test information, double click on the test line. This will recreate that test on the Today's Test page as though you had just done it. Any chemicals that the customer may have purchased can be easily saved in their test history record at this time. You may also reprint the original printout of the tests performed and any treatments indicated. This "printout copy on demand" feature can be very useful if a customer calls with questions about what to do after returning home.
Number of tests performed
A summary of how many water tests have been performed is visible on the Main Screen. A total of tests for Chlorine, Biguanide pools as well as a total of all Spa tests is displayed. You can obtain these totals over selected time frames by entering a starting & ending date in the Control Room, thus comparing the same period over several years.
